Our largest and most technically ambitious build to date — a complete commercial real estate intelligence platform for Albuquerque's leading CRE brokerage. We engineered the full brokerage operating system: a deal-pipeline CRM (leads → contacts → deals → commissions tracking), CRE-specific tooling (listings + listing suites, comparable sales, valuation), an in-house e-signature workflow with envelope + document templates, and a marketing engine that auto-generates flyers, reports, and email blasts. The geospatial layer is the standout — deck.gl 3D scene + MapLibre GL + Google Maps, fed by our own ingestion pipeline pulling Bernalillo County assessor data, city GIS, building permits, opportunity zones, and sold history into PostgreSQL. Plus "Captain", an AI assistant chat agent and a voice intake agent backed by a knowledge base. Built on React 19 / Vite 7 / Tailwind 4 (cutting edge), Node/Express backend, helmet + rate-limit hardening, Sentry observability, Resend transactional email, Twilio SMS.
Royal Enchanted Nails
A complete salon operations platform for Royal Enchanted Nails & Spa in Albuquerque — far more than a marketing site. We engineered an end-to-end online booking pipeline (slot-availability API, abandoned-booking recovery, advance + day-of reminders by SMS and email, no-show sweep), Stripe Terminal POS integration so the front desk takes physical card payments through our software, gift-card purchase and redemption flows, and a walk-in self-serve kiosk that quotes services on the spot. Every appointment auto-syncs to the owner's Google Calendar. Backed by a Prisma/Postgres customer database with marketing-contact import + CAN-SPAM unsubscribe handling, Twilio SMS, Resend transactional email, Sentry observability, and per-neighborhood + per-service dynamic SEO landing pages driving local discovery.
Platinum ABQ
A custom-built luxury-apartments platform for Nob Hill's LEED Platinum-certified Platinum Apartments. We engineered a bespoke virtual-tour experience bound to a floor-plan catalog (not a Matterport embed — our own React modal driven by structured floor-plan data), plus an end-to-end tour-booking pipeline: prospect submits → branded confirmation email → automated tour reminders → admin dashboard for the leasing team. Built on Next.js 16 / React 19 / Tailwind 4 (cutting edge), Framer Motion animations, Resend transactional email, MDX-powered SEO blog (7+ posts on apartment living, walkability, lease guidance) driving organic top-of-funnel. Result: tour bookings transformed from phone-tag into a self-serve, automated pipeline.
Off Grid Land Development
Our most technically ambitious build to date — a full-stack platform for New Mexico's leading off-grid land development company. We engineered a complete e-commerce system with Stripe-integrated checkout for three tiers of DIY solar kits, a Node.js backend with secure payment processing, and a React frontend with cinematic scroll animations powered by Framer Motion. The site features 7 layers of structured data and AI-optimized semantic markup — including FAQ, HowTo, Product, and Speakable schemas — making it one of the most AI-crawlable small business sites in the solar industry. Deployed on AWS EC2 with Nginx reverse proxy, SSL, and a custom CI/CD pipeline for zero-downtime updates.

We built our entire business backend from scratch — a Next.js 14 full-stack application with Stripe-integrated invoicing, recurring billing with proration, automated payment reminders, GRT tax tracking, expense management, P&L reporting, and a complete CRM with leads pipeline. Features include automated email notifications, PDF invoice generation, weekly business summaries, and a real-time admin dashboard with animated charts. Secured with NextAuth, backed by AWS RDS PostgreSQL with automated S3 backups, and deployed on EC2 with PM2 and Nginx.
